To get started, follow the steps below:
1. REGISTER ONLINE
If you're ready to join our HT family, please register for our 2020-2021 cheer and dance season! Registration is available at our online store. Once you register, please complete and submit your child's registration form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration forms can be found under this section. Don't delay, register TODAY!

2. SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM
All athletes are required to have a 2020-2021 registration submitted. Please download the registration form on the Home page and email to email@example.com.
3. SCHEDULE YOUR INDIVIDUAL TEAM ASSESSMENT
Athletes are required to do an individual team assessment once registered. The team assessments will help us assess each athlete's skill and ability. Athletes must have a scheduled appointment for an individual assessment. Due to COVID 19, all assessments will be 15 to 20 minutes long. Safety measures will be put in place to ensure social distancing.
How to Prepare: All athletes should review the assessment videos under the HT Assessment Video tab. Athletes will be asked to showcase all level appropriate tumbling skills as well as the motion sequence. See what video to watch below.
Registration Form and Payment Required: All athletes must have a completed and signed registration form with payment at the time of the assessment. Registration fees are Non-Refundable.

No experience is needed. All are welcome to join our program. Our great coaching staff will teach everything our athletes need to know to be successful and competitive in the sport of cheer and dance. Join our program and let us grow your athlete!
Athletes are required to have a completed and signed registration form with a copy of the athlete's birth certificate for our records.
All athletes and dancers must wear a black top (t-shirt, tank top or sports bra) with black bottoms (leggings or shorts). Soft sole sneakers are required for the cheer assessment. *Mask are required.
Cheer athletes will be assessed on their knowledge/experience in motions, jumps, tumbling skills and stunt ability. Based on the assessment, athletes will be placed on the appropriate level team.
Dancers will be assessed on their ability to execute a dance routine with precision, execution and technique as well as personality. Dance skills will include hip hop, contemporary, jazz and variety skills. Please see the Hip Hop Dance Assessment routine video under the HT Assessment Video tab.
All parents are required to attend a mandatory Parent Orientation Meeting to officially meet the coaching staff and learn more about the program layout, financial obligations, fundraiser opportunities, practice schedule, competition schedule and program expectations. Annual Commitment fees will be due at the Parent Orientation Meeting. Financial commitment and Code of Conduct forms must be completed, signed and returned for our records to officially start for the season.

Parent Meetings will be set prior to the start of the season. Email will be sent out with the date and time.
*2020-2021 Annual Commitment Fee* (REQUIRED)
All athletes are required to pay their Annual Commitment Fee before they start the program. The Annual Commitment fee covers gym membership, USASF membership fees, athlete and gym insurance.
2020-2021 Annual Commitment Fee: $175.
